Now hit ‘P’ to activate the pen tool. Click and drag a little to get the handlebars like in the image below. To move only one handlebar, press and hold the ALT key. This doesn’t need to be perfect because we are going to put this layer under the others so the edges will mostly be hidden.

New layer, go to paths panel, but instead of clicking the stroke icon, click the one next to it - the ‘Fill’ icon.

I have moved the layer down under the others so you can see the difference. Copy the layer and rotate and move it into position. Don’t worry about the gap as we are going to hide it soon.

Here you can see that I have changed the color of the numbers (in the same way as before) and the layer under it.

As you can see now, I have added some more separating bars.

The ball is very easy. Make a new layer, click and hold the Marquee tool until the drop down menu appears and choose the round selection tool. SHIFT+drag to get a perfectly round shape. Now Fill it with white. To give it the impression of movement, go FILTER->Blur->Motion blur.
