Step: 17

Here’s a great trick. CRTL+T the new layer. In the middle of the transform selection you will see a little circle. This is what the transform selection rotates around. So if we move it we can effect the rotation. ALT+drag this little circle down to where the guide lines cross. Now try rotating it.

Step: 19

You may see that the numbers are a bit out of position. Highlight the layer and take the Marquee tool. Drag it over the number 28. Now hit ‘V’ to activate the move tool. Now we only have the number 28 selected and we can move it wherever we choose.

Step: 20

I have decided that I don’t want all of the roulette wheel, so I have pressed ‘C’ on the keyboard to activate the Crop Tool.

Step: 21

Make a new layer then go back the the Paths panel again, (SHIFT+CRTL+H to show the path) Make sure your paint brush (B) has a very small size then click the ‘Stroke Path’ icon (circled red). This paints a line using the path as a guide. The bigger the brush, the bigger the line.

Step: 22

Now I have added another Bevel and Emboss effect, plus I have used the Color Overlay option to change the color to light gray.
